Bird’s Nest penthouse (from 59 m²) • Grand View penthouse (from 147 m²)
With its 59 m² of living space, the Bird’s Nest penthouse offers enough space for 1 to 4 people. The penthouse comes with a bedroom, an elegant bathroom and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also has two terraces with fantastic views of Berlin.
With its impressive living space extending over at least 147 m², the Grand View penthouse offers space for up to 6 people. It also comes with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet as well as an equally spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. This penthouse also has two fantastic terraces with a view of Berlin.
The hallmark of our apartments and penthouses, apart from the modern fittings in a timeless design, is the luxurious service. A concierge service is included in the price for every apartment from DOWNTOWN APARTMENTS Berlin. Daily from 8 am to 4 pm, there is a concierge available to the guests in our apartments and penthouse apartments, who advises you with regard to questions and requests and also takes care of cleaning your textiles (for an extra charge). The cleaning of all rooms and the changing of bed linen and towels (each on a weekly basis) are included. Free WiFi, of course, comes included as standard from us – as in many hotels.
There are also extra services available in the building (on request and for an extra charge). These include, for example, additional apartment cleaning and organising bicycles for exploring the city. We are currently unable to offer you breakfast at DOWNTOWN APARTMENTS. However, thanks to the central location of our apartments in Berlin-Mitte (very close to Nordbahnhof Berlin), there are many opportunities for you to enjoy breakfast elsewhere.
