Your apartment will be ready for you from 3pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage for you. If you arrive after 5 pm, you can easily check in at any time using our self check-in terminal.
Our reception is open for you daily until 5 pm. You can check in independently at any time after 5 pm. All you need is a debit or credit card and your ID or passport.
You can stay in your apartment until 11am on the day of our departure. If you like to stay longer, we can arrange a late check-out upon availability and a small additional charge.
The accommodation tax has to be paid to the city of Berlin and amounts to 7.5 % on the net overnight rate. The City Tax is obligatory and will be charged separately.
Insert your credit or debit card into the card reader next to the entrance door and then pull it out again. No personal information will be read from your card. The name on the card does not have to match the name on the booking.
After about 3 seconds you will hear a signal. You can now open the door. Our check-in machine is in the lobby.
On the touchscreen, tap on ‘Checkin with a reservation’, and then on ‘Enter reservation number’ and enter your booking number (without special characters). Follow the on-screen instructions and sign with your finger on the display. You will find detailed instructions next to the terminal.
Once you have entered all your registration details and signed with your finger on the display, check-in is complete. After a short wait, the machine will give you a printout with your flat number and your room cards in the lower area.
