Your apartment will be ready for you from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Should you arrive outside of office hours, you can easily check-in around the clock using our self-check-in terminal.
You can stay in your apartment until 11am on the day of our departure. If you like to stay longer, we can arrange a late check-out upon availability and a small additional charge.
The accommodation tax has to be paid to the city of Berlin and amounts to 5 % on the net overnight rate. The City Tax is obligatory and will be charged separately. Only private overnight stays are taxed, limited to a consecutive overnight stay of 21 days.

In order to enter the building a debit or credit card is needed. Put it in the grey card reader next to the entrance door. None of your personal data will be read out here!
After about 3 seconds you will hear the door buzz, allowing you to enter. In the lobby you will find the self-check-in terminal to your right.
Now start the self-check-in process by using our terminal. Follow the steps shown on the touch-display screen.
After you have entered the required check-in details, you will receive a key card from the slot at the bottom of the machine.You have successfully checked in!
