The size of the different hotel apartments ranges from the 36 sqm corner studio for 1-2 people to apartments with several bedrooms for max. 6 people – all of which without exception have their own loggia – up to the almost 150 sqm large penthouse with two terraces including a fantastic view and lounge furniture.This is an excellent place to live and work.

In each of our apartments, weekly cleaning and the changing of bed linen and towels are included. Washing facilities are also available free of charge for your laundry in the basement. Our concierge is also available to you as a very special inclusive service. He is available to provide you with any advice regarding questions or requests every day from 8 am to 4 pm. Free WiFi comes as standard from us.
As an extra service (not included), we offer you the additional cleaning of you apartment on request. On request, our concierge will also be happy to provide textile cleaning services. We will also be happy to help you organise a bicycle to explore the area or for business trips through the city. We are currently unable to offer breakfast on our premises. However, there are numerous options in the immediate vicinity that will make up for that.
