Each apartment in our apartment hotel has modern furnishings and comes with at least one loggia of its own. The size of the rooms ranges from a small 36 sqm corner studio (perfect for 1-2 people) and apartments with several bedrooms (for up to 6 people) up to almost the 150 sqm large penthouse with two roof terraces incl. a fantastic view of Berlin and modern lounge furniture.
The hallmark of our apartments, apart from the modern fittings in a timeless design, is a luxurious service that is otherwise only known from high-class hotels. A concierge service is thus included in the price for every apartment from Downtown Apartments Berlin. Daily from 8 am to 4 pm, there is a concierge available to the guests in our apartments, who advises you in all matters and takes care of cleaning your textiles, for example (for an extra charge). The cleaning of all rooms and the changing of bed linen and towels (each on a weekly basis) are also included. Free WiFi, of course, comes included as standard from us – as in many hotels.
Additional apartment cleaning (on request) is among the extra services at our apartment hotel. We are unable to offer you breakfast on our premises. However, thanks to the central location of our apartments in Berlin-Mitte (very close to Nordbahnhof Berlin), there are many opportunities for you to enjoy your breakfast in cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
