Each of our apartments has modern furnishings and is equipped with at least its own loggia. In our smallest apartment e.g., the Pure Motion Studio, life is concentrated into one room and a loggia with a great view. Our Grand View Penthouse, meanwhile, offers numerous bedrooms and two roof terraces, including a heavenly view of Berlin.

The hallmark of our apartments, besides their modern equipment, is our special, luxurious service. A concierge service is thus included in the price for every apartment from Downtown Apartments Berlin. Our concierge is available to assist you daily from 8:00 to 16:00, will provide any advice you may require, and will take care of cleaning your textiles (for an additional charge). The cleaning of all rooms and the changing of bed linen and towels (each on a weekly basis) are also included. Free WiFi comes as standard from us.
Additional apartment cleaning (on request) is among our extra services (not included). We are currently unable to offer you breakfast. However, thanks to the central location of our holiday apartments in Berlin-Mitte (very close to Nordbahnhof Berlin), there are many opportunities to enjoy your breakfast elsewhere in the surrounding area.
