The Downtown Apartments Living offer six individually designed ground floor apartments, each with its own terrace – right next to Berlin’s lively Nordbahnhof railway station. The offer ranges from carefully planned studios to spacious 2-room apartments. The quiet location in the inner courtyard with a view of the green courtyard and the vibrant city life right on the doorstep offer perfect living spaces.
The elegant apartments have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and combine modern, elegant interior design with a high standard of comfort. Well thought-out fixtures and fully equipped kitchens leave nothing to be desired and open up the charm of your own apartment for both short and longer stays. A washer-dryer round off the cosy living experience.

Our team is on-site daily from 9 AM to 4:30 PM to assist you in person. You can find us at the reception of the Downtown Apartments Mitte building, which is a 2-minute walk from your apartment at Invalidenstraße 129, 10115 Berlin.
For stays of 7 nights or more, a weekly cleaning service is provided.The final cleaning of your apartment is included.
Towels and bed linen are changed weekly.
You will find a washing machine for free use in each of our apartments.
Additional servicesOur concierge service will be happy to take your requests and concerns before your arrival by telephone or e-mail.
An additional towel change is chargedat €5 per towel set.
Our concierge service will be happy to organise the cleaning of your clothes for an additional charge. Please note that the cleaning takes some time.
You are welcome to request an additional cleaning service. We charge between €25 and €45 for this, depending on the apartment category.
Breakfast is not currently available in our hotels. However, there are numerous options in the immediate vicinity.
Combining an authentic neighbourhood feel, the enthralling history of the once divided city, and the pulsing heart of the avant-garde capital. World-class cultural highlights such as Museum Island or the Natural History Museum are just as easily reachable as numerous theatres and opera houses. The Berlin Wall Memorial can be found just around the corner. And for some lighter relief, explore the plethora of cafés, bars and restaurants in the area. Other favourite spots nearby include Torstrasse, Oranienburger Strasse, Rosenthaler Platz and Hackescher Markt. Countless ministries, businesses and shops are also located close to the apartments, as well as the campus of the Charité Hospital.
CITY GUIDE
It takes about 45 minutes to reach us by public transport from BER airport. Take the regional railway to Friedrichstrasse and change there to the S-Bahn. The apartment building is located directly at the Nordbahnhof station. You can reach us by taxi/Uber via the A113 motorway in a similar time.
The S-Bahn station ‘Nordbahnhof’ and the MetroTram station of the same name are located directly in front of our building. Berlin Hauptbahnhof is only 1.5 km away from Downtown Apartments Living. You can take the MetroTram directly from the main station to our front door in just a few minutes.
The Downtown Apartments Living are located about 30 minutes by car north-east of the A100 city motorway. From the north of Berlin, we can also be reached via the A10 motorway, the Berliner Ring, in approx. 30 minutes.
A limited number of parking spaces are available on request (€20/night).Public parking is available in the surrounding streets. The cost is € 3 / hour (Mon – Sat from 9am to 10pm). Public car parks are located at Chausseestraße 30 and 118-120.
